100-days free return
At Blossholm we offer free and easy returns on all orders within a 100 day period from receiving the order. Simply contact our customer service and we will guide you through the easy return process, even offering pickup at your home address. This is complimentary to the 10 year warranty covering any defects.
Is shipping safe?
The products are shipped in custom triple-layered packaging to keep them safe during delivery. We have optimized the design to minimize waste while ensuring maximum protection, using only essential materials and tailoring the packaging to each design. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it immediately. Email us at info@blossholm.com with photos of the damage, and we'll assist as fast as possible.
